We reviewed senior level1and Senior Management Broadband2(SMB) representation targets for both women and minority ethnic staff. Our target for 2021 is for SMB to comprise 50 per cent women and 12per cent minority ethnic individuals and for senior level staff to comprise 50 per cent women and 10per cent minority ethnic individuals. We anticipate that if we achieve these targets our pay gaps will reduce significantly.

Will be worth exploring if this has happened.
