Hi everyone! Any accessibility experts willing to chat and/or provide some tips? As I kick off various research programs and studies at Loom I’m concerned about unconsciously excluding users of various abilities. I know that some of our users are deaf or hard of hearing, for example, so I was thinking of including a statement in the email letting them know some of the things we’re doing to accommodate and asking them to share if there’s anything else we can do to make them more comfortable (all sessions will be remote for now). Has anyone done this? I want to make sure we’re not excluding anyone, and that we’re prepared for different scenarios.
